Pope warns of a civilisations clash.

By the year-end pope Benedict warned of a clash of civilisation if the different religions of the world continue to be intolerant towards each others and if humanity continues to shut god out of this life. The pope wanted to take advantage of this holy occasion that is Christmas to urge Christians for encouraging Muslims who are opposed to violence.

 

In this context the pope also condemned the marriage of same-sex, this pope is known as being little bit intolerant when it comes to homosexuality and other matters related to youth and delinquency, and he was even painted as intolerant by some others. Benedict said this year will be reminded by horror of war in a near holy land, he added that the risk of clash between cultures and civilizations still very high and extremely dangerous in all over the world.

 

He said that any society based on logic and too much reason which don’t leave any place for faith is a dangerous one and nor able to enter into a true dialogue between religion and cultures, adding that if these societies remain closed in questions relating to god, that will lead up to a clash of cultures.

 Pope Benedict said he was happy of his trip in turkey, since it was an occasion to show his deep respect over this religion that is “Islam”.
