Somalia’s troops call for jihad!

The Islamist Somalia militia who is controlling the south of the country called for an international help and jihad as well to combat Ethiopia who was accused of invading the country. Sheik Hassan Dahir Aweys said the international community must stop the Ethiopian interference. While the chief of Islamic defence urged Muslims to lead a holy war against Ethiopia.

 

But Ethiopia denies the fact its troop took part to heavy fighting recently, Addis Ababa has not been straight yet concerning the sending of troops in Somalia to back Somalia’s transional government in Baidoa town, it said that the calling for Islamic jihad in the world shows how extremist is this group. It also demanded to the union of Islamic court to stop its offensive in Baidoa.

 The Somali government said his army has been fending off an advance by the Islamist militia. Dozens of people found death in this violence escalation and analysts fear a broader war. Koffi Annan the United Nations secretary said the only victims of this conflict are civilians and disastrous consequences would happen if both governments don’t control their troops.
The union of Islamic court took control over the capital “Mogadishu” and advanced the current government backed by Ethiopians.
