Contact lost with an Indonesian jet.

An Indonesian jet carrying 102 passengers lost contact with flights controllers. The jet was carrying a crew of 9 persons and 69 passengers. The jet was known to make domestic flights only, aviation authorities said flight controllers lost contact with the jet while it was flying over the islands of java and Sulawesi. The fear is growing after the ship sinking that let about 400 persons missed and survivors who stayed in the sea for couple days to be rescued, only 200 could be saved.

 

It is not the first time such an incident happens, jets are used to loose control with flight authorities as what happened last year, one of jetliners lost all communication and navigation systems for four hours, while it was carrying a flight between Jakarta the Indonesian capital and Makassar on Sulawesi Island, the pilot was compelled to make an emergency landing to save passenger’s lives.

 Officials said the plane was supposed to land in the airport at 3:14 PM local time at Manado's Sam Ratulangi. Adam Air's flight KI 754 took off from Surabaya's Juanda Airport at 12:59 local time before losing contact with controllers at about 4:07 p.m. local time (0807 GMT).
Authorities are doing their best in order to get the contact with the jet; in the hope lives of the 102 people there are safe.
