Protest in Jordan attended by Saddam’s daughter.

The eldest daughter of Saddam Hussein named “Raghad” attended a protest in Jordan condemning the execution of her father. The rally was in front of a building in which 14 groups of unions are based, they were all chanting anti- American and pro-Saddam slogans. Raghad surprised the audience on Monday by visiting the sit-in held by hundreds of Jordanians supporting the dead former president and her father at the same time.

 Saddam who was executed on Saturday and buried in Tikrit( his home village) on Sunday after being charged of crimes against humanity, is still scaring  U.S officials, indeed some supporters went to kiss his grave but were quickly ousted by U.S soldiers who tried to kill them.

Rahgad remained very calm during the demonstration, before leaving she used a loudspeaker to thank persons who were supporting her dad, considered as a terrorist by U.S.A and Israel but as a hero and martyr for others, Saddam’s daughter isn’t in Jordan for a trip but is exiled there just like million Iraqi people and intellectuals exiled and scattered everywhere all over the world because of the U.S embargo on Iraq.

 The whole Arab community condemned Saddam’s execution and said it was an unfair trial and decision, while westerners believe this execution won’t resolve violence issue in Iraq. They are deeply right because the violence isn’t going to increase in Iraq only but in the whole Arab-Muslim world though images showed on TV during the Muslim religious holiday.
