Official sources said authorities are deeply moved by what happened to the Indonesian plane that lost contact with the ground on Monday, just one hour before it was due to land in Manado in North Sulawesi, according to the transport ministry. It also apologised for not being able to state the wreckage of the crash passenger plane had been located in Indonesia. There were some foreigners in that plane, among them were three Americans.

 

The bad weather was the main cause of the crash; the Adam air jet went down in south sulawesi, the jet had about 96 passengers and a crew of nine persons, in total about 105 persons were on board, the location had not been located yet, consequently First Air Marshal Eddy Suyanto, commander of Hasanuddin air base in Makassar apologised for conveying false statements.

 Other statements indicate 12 persons survived, but nothing could be confirmed yet since it was said by villagers of the town in which the plane crashed, this was reported by Indonesian transport minister Hatta Radjasa. This new tragic accident occurs just after the sinking of an Indonesian ship, where 400 persons are reported missing and at least 200 others were saved by a rescue team, still they are hardly working to find some other survivors.
